Bill Roche is a Sergeant with the St. Louis County (Missouri) Police Department and has been a Police Officer for 27 years. Sgt. Roche was assigned to the Office of the Chief of Police – Intelligence Unit in 2007 and currently serves as the Deputy Director/ Critical Infrastructure - Key Resources Coordinator of the St. Louis Fusion Center – Terrorism Early Warning Group. Sgt. Roche has worked within the Division of Patrol as a Patrol Officer, Neighborhood Policing Officer and Violent Crime Suppression Unit Officer. In 1998, Sgt. Roche was transferred to the Division of Criminal Investigation as a Detective / Bomb Technician / Fire Investigator in the Bomb and Arson Unit and, in 2006, was promoted to Sergeant / Commander of the Bomb and Arson Unit until being transferred to his current position.
